SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 16, 2026.
Scope of this page
This page explains the messaging information provided by the shared Iconic Smiles website for Bellerose, Freeport and Roslyn. It does not enrol visitors in a text-message program, activate messages or establish terms for an unverified sender. This website currently has no SMS subscription or automated withdrawal form.
The contact and callback forms ask for permission to respond as described in their consent fields. Those fields expressly exclude marketing and text-message consent. Providing a phone number in an ordinary enquiry does not, by itself, subscribe you to recurring messages.
Terms for a specific program
If your office offers text messages, read the terms presented for that program before agreeing. They should identify the sending practice, the types of messages, frequency, applicable message or data charges, support and the withdrawal method. The program's terms need to reflect the actual service you choose.
This informational page does not specify a sending number, a recurring frequency or a subscription keyword. The office call links below should not be assumed to be SMS senders. Contact your office to confirm its available communication options.
Help and withdrawal
For an existing text conversation, use the support and withdrawal instructions supplied by its sender. If it tells you to reply STOP or HELP, reply in that conversation. If the instructions are unclear or you need help identifying the sender, contact the relevant office using its verified contact details.
Viewing SMS Opt-out does not withdraw consent. A request sent through a general enquiry form requires follow-up by the team; an enquiry confirmation is not confirmation of unsubscription.
Privacy and sensitive details
Review the Privacy Policy and the policy supplied by the office or service handling your messages. Avoid sending medical records or insurance identifiers in an ordinary text or general website form. Ask the team for an appropriate channel if documents are needed.
Messaging is not an emergency service. For a medical emergency, call 911. For appointment changes, contact your office and follow the Cancellation Policy.
Updates
If an office offers a separate messaging program, review the terms and consent choices presented when you sign up. See SMS Opt-in for the distinction between an enquiry and subscription.
