Both straighten teeth. Aligners are nearly invisible and come out for meals and brushing. Braces use brackets and wires and are adjusted at regular visits. Which one suits you depends on your bite and your goals, and we'll recommend one after an exam.

How much does Invisalign cost?

The price follows the length of treatment: how far your teeth need to move and how many aligner sets that takes. After the consultation you get the plan, the expected timeline and the cost together.

A crown came off. Is that an emergency?

Keep the crown and call (516) 878-0065. If it doesn't hurt, it can often wait for a regular visit, but the tooth underneath is exposed, so don't leave it for weeks. Pain, swelling or a broken tooth needs a call the same day. Trouble breathing or swallowing means the emergency room, not the dental office.
